Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin preparing it for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You'll receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us with your order number and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf. In the rare case a parcel is lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
